Take a look at the mechanism of memory and reduce your concerns about the unavoidable changes that occur as we age. During this program you will learn: simple and easy techniques to improve your memory; how to stimulate your brain to keep it sharp now and in the future; and what the difference is between normal forgetfulness and Alzheimer’s disease.

 Guest speaker Vicky Bueno, a Community Health Educator for MVP Health Care, will lead this fun & lively presentation. The program will be held on the 2^nd floor of Crandall Public Library in the “Holden Room”. It is free and open to the public. The Library is wheelchair accessible.
